STOP! IT’S PINK.

IF SPRING COULD PERSONIFY into someone who had multiple social media accounts, by now it would have definitely gone crazy from all the tags/mentions it got. Not a day went by without me seeing people complaining about winter and begging spring to come. Now that it’s finally here, people will probably start talking about summer in no time. Spring, you will soon be forgotten.

Seriously, is it so hard to live in the present?

As I mentioned in a previous post, every season I have a different tradition. To commemorate this spring I designed this fresh pink jacket for colder spring days when a lightweight jacket simply won’t cut it. I went for a clean almost boxy cut to give it that cool comfy look. I wanted to keep it as clean as possible, but being a full-time minimalist is hard work for me, so I had to add details to the sleeves and collar for that extra impact. I am a fan of geometry {as weird as that may sound} so I played around with lines and triangles and arrived to the design you see in the photos.

I went for baby pink because… well,  spring = blooming season = flowers = fresh = I really didn’t have a particular reason. I just liked the fabric and the color.
